The event was scheduled at Resorts World Las Vegas from April 13-15, 2025, and was advertised as a 360-degree immersive fan experience and included unique interactive merchandise, special appearances, and themed merchandise.

Social media has been trending with an overwhelming amount of negative posts shared by the Mr Beast fans that convey their complete anger and disappointment with how unmet all of the expectations that were promised.

A now-deleted websites promoted the event with advertisements stating guests would receive a package containing MrBeast merchandise and that they'd be entered to win a $10,000 Resorts World voucher. It also described “a series of on-site activations” for a fully immersive experience (Dexerto, April 16, 2025).

“Additionally, throughout the week, the property will host a series of on-site activations, treating guests to an immersive experience,” it read.

Jamiey Photography on Instagram was one of the first people to share her disappointment and did so by posting a video recounting her experience.

“We’re at Resorts World for the MrBeast Experience, and this is horrible, horrible. We arrived yesterday, and nobody really had any information. We were told we had to wait in our room for the (merch) bag,” she said.

She claimed they spent hours waiting to be given a box of Feastables chocolate bars. She set out to explore the promise of activities outside the resort, only to find the empty space where the activities were supposed to be. She added, 'They were eventually cancelled entirely.’

“It should have been like mini-games, meet and greets, photo ops, special drinks and things,” Theresa Metta (Another attendee) told Las Vegas’ 8 News Now. “Unfortunately, we didn’t get any of that.”

Though he wasn’t directly involved in the organization of the event, Mr. Beast taking the opportunity to offer his fans a personal studio tour is something that can be lauded. His philanthropic actions and his history of making outrageous giveaways prove once again MrBeast's loyalty to his audience.

“Hey! This definitely isn’t the experience we hoped they’d deliver,” he said. “My team’s already on it — I’d love to personally make it up to you and anyone else by inviting everybody affected to tour my actual studio! Can’t wait to meet you all, and my team is reaching out to everyone.”

This came shortly after his last video, where he talked about trying to improve the working conditions of the cocoa farmers who work for his Feastables chocolate brand, something that only adds to his image as a socially responsible creator.

For now, fans are left in the dark about the details of the anticipated studio tour, and as always, they expect MrBeast to turn their bitter experience into something much sweeter.
