It seems that the rapper from the Bronx is talking about a situation that was not solved from a livestream that was extremely popular earlier this year.

In presenting the line, “I’m the type to slap a rapper or streaming ni**a” during his latest freestyle, Lil Tjay has set the internet on fire again. According to the interpretation of the fans, the rapper from the Bronx is referring directly to the streamer Plaqueboymax.

As soon as the lyric was leaked online, it went viral, and people were quick to jump on their social media platforms to express their thoughts about the alleged reference to the past stream that happened at Plaqueboymax's in January 2025.

The broadcasted situation that was uncomfortable between Lil Tjay and Fivio Foreign, who had been told off for smoking inside an Airbnb, quickly became the talk of the town and, with the visuals, the way of drawing varied reactions from the audience.

The livestream in question took place in Brooklyn, where Plaqueboymax had invited Tjay and Fivio Foreign to join his show. Things took a turn when the streamer asked his guests to stop smoking indoors, citing building rules and potential fines. What followed was a visibly awkward and uncomfortable exchange, as Tjay appeared irritated by the repeated requests.

Tjay took the time to cover the matter on Instagram Live after a few days, sharing the opinion that the reaction would have been more physical had the incident taken place without the cameras around. That statement, coupled with the new freestyle, clearly showcases the rapper’s memory of the incident, and how he looked then is not pleasing for him.

It is clear from the above that Plaqueboymax hasn’t sent his response to the freestyle. Most recently, in his comments, he diminished the situation, saying that he was not in favor of any progression to the drama. Whether or not he would prefer this case to be it, at least for the coming time, is a matter that we should wait and see.

Plaqueboymax and Tjay and the confrontation between them is a good example of the problems that currently exist between artists and the online community, where the artists have to come in direct contact with the viewers themselves, who are taking the creator's content in a very personal way—this sometimes ends up being too unpredictable.

Whether Tjay’s lyric throws a jeer randomly or he’s just about to enter the game of beef, it is obvious that this particular moment was the one that established the mood.

At present, it is the fans who are left to decode the line and let their guesses emerge from a vacuum of infinite possibilities. However, there is one thing we are pretty sure of: Lil Tjay's message was clearly understood by everyone.
