Kevin Lamont Barnes Jr., popularly known as Chopper City, made some big claims during an interview with "The Art of Dialogue". The full video clip of the interview can be found on the official Art of Dialogue YouTube channel. The reason why Chopper brought up something that happened more than two decades ago is because of the recent "disrespect" from American DJ and record producer Stevie J.
During the interview, Barnes Jr. started by saying:
"I see yeah, I said yeah bro. I seen it on Vlad, and I felt I felt disrespected you heard me, I felt like I never... you heard me done Stevie J done nothing for him to speak on us in that way. Like we were just some, you heard me, peons. One thing about City, I don't know about everybody else, but I don't play that sh*t. But at the end of the day in Puerto Rico I f***ed your b**ch, now let that blow your mind you heard me, now let's start I f***ed your b**ch," - Chopper stated.
He continued to explain that he has no bad blood towards Stevie J. However, if he is being disrespected, he will give it back. In his words:
"I don't go no malice towards Stevie J, you understand? I really don't. But at the end of the day, if you're going to disrespect, put the band to the side. If you disrespect Chopper City, I’mma come by mine. Period." - he added.
More details from Chopper City's interview with "The Art of Dialogue"
Chopper City aired out what happened back in 2003 because he felt disrespected by how Stevie J talked about the "Cheesecake walk" that happened when Chopper was on the American reality television series, Making the Band.
During the interview, Chopper mentioned that the woman he was talking about was Stevie J's "main b**ch" at the time (2003) while they were in Puerto Rico.
However, right after bringing up the topic of sleeping with Jordan's woman, he continued to say:
"And I still feel that Stevie J is a genius, musically, and R&B wise, and talented. But at the end of the day, when you come at Chop, Chop gon come back and I have no, ya heard me. I'm not talking in no gangsta way. I'm not talking in no malice way, no bitter way. But you had no right... to play with Chopper City... Don't play with me. I don't play." - Chopper added.
He finally ends by saying:
"At the end of the day, I'm gonna stand firm about me and I'm gonna leave how I go. But I'm gonna play how I go as well. Stevie J don't play with me bro... I don't want no apology or nothin', just don't play with Chopper City. That's it... But I already got even... I got even without even knowing I got even."
Chopper did not mention the girl's name in the interview. However, when the interviewer asked Barnes Jr. who the girl was, he told them to do their homework and go back to 2003. He repeatedly said the words, "Let that blow ya mind," which may be a reference to Eve's song, which was released in 2001. Eve was also dating Stevie J at the time, according to internet sleuths.
