Kai Cenat had a few words of advice for streamer and internet personality Deshae Frost, who was recently involved in a controversy. It goes back to a Twitch livestream with TikTok star Ekane. According to HotNewHipHop, Frost approached a woman at Target and complimented her, expressing interest in dating her.
She mentioned she was on a call, and after he briefly apologized, he asked again and offered to take her to dinner, but she declined. Shortly after, another man, believed to be her brother, confronted Deshae Frost as he tried to explain that it was all part of a prank for his livestream. After this incident happened, Twitch reportedly banned him.
During a recent livestream, a video of which was posted on YouTube on February 21, 2025, Deshae Frost explained the situation to his viewers. He got a call from Kai Cenat in between and Frost told him that he was unbanned from the platform. Cenat then went on to reprimand him for his recent actions saying:
“You think that, regardless of the fact that, what just happened in the clip and sh*t like that but you think that girl content always got to be a thing, you feel me?”
Kai Cenat continued:
“Like from that clip alone whether it was a prank or not, if I am being honest from an outside perspective and somebody to be able to tell you what’s real, that sh*t is crazy, you feel what I am saying? Although from your perspective, how may you want to see it and sh*t like that, no.”
Kai Cenat advised Deshae Frost to focus on the deeper aspects of content creation
Kai Cenat shared his thoughts with Deshae Frost, explaining that people might form opinions about him, assuming he took things too far in his content. He pointed out that whenever Frost is seen with a woman, viewers will likely reinforce that perception.
Cenat advised that it was up to him to decide if he wanted to continue making that kind of content and be known for it. However, he also suggested that not all interactions with women must be taken to an extreme, emphasizing that certain actions weren’t necessary. He said:
“If I am being honest, it make you look like a f*cking weirdo, you feel what I am saying?”
Kai Cenat also mentioned:
“I feel like you are blinding. You are f*cking up your true talent of just being a funny, of being funny and having fun with all these sh*t you are doing with girls. You feel me?”
Kai Cenat shared his honest opinion, telling Deshae Frost that focusing too much on certain types of content might be holding him back from showing his true talent. He acknowledged Frost’s humor and creative potential, emphasizing that he didn’t need to rely on those types of videos.
In response, Deshae Frost admitted that he was aware of the risks but sometimes found it easier to create content with women, especially when struggling with new ideas.
Kai Cenat advised him to be mindful of his work as content creation is much more than making videos with girls, as one would approve of this type of content as “cool.” He said the process is more of an art and one should be able to create something from scratch.
