Mulan Hernandez is responding to the physical assault and extortion accusations brought forth against him by Stefon Diggs, noting that he will not stand for them.

The Houston Texans wide receiver filed the lawsuit against Hernandez, real name Mia Jones, accusing her of physically assaulting him by punching him in the chest and threatening to hurt him with a weapon. He also claims that he was the victim of a “tale of abuse to extort millions of dollars."

However, Mulan Hernandez has since taken to Instagram to narrate her version of events, levying the accusations of fabricating stories against Diggs instead:

“On June 7th I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence, an incident that resulted in a concussion. Months later when the mediation HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not pan out in his favor I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt to try an get ahead of the truth that is to come."

Her statement went on, asserting that she refuses to back down:

"I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me especially in my time of healing. Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone an everything that is done in the dark will come to the light.”

Everything we know about Mulan Hernandez and Stefon Diggs' legal woes:

Mulan Hernandez also had medical receipts to back her claims up from Memorial Heights Emergency Center in Houston, Texas, noting that the assault culminated in a concussion.

The documents list June 7, 2024, as the date and indicate that the patient suffered a minor closed head injury and concussion and had to be treated at the facility. Per the report, there was no loss of consciousness, and it also lists prescribed medication like Ibuprofen 800 mg, which is used for pain relief, and Ondansetron, which is used for nausea.

Mulan Hernandez also claimed that Diggs' recent lawsuit was an effort to preempt the truth from coming out and an effort to control the narrative surrounding him. At the time of writing, Diggs has yet to respond to these claims, though his recent lawsuit indicates that he is denying them.

Stefon Diggs' lawsuit was filed in Harris County, Texas, and it outlines a chain of events that allegedly occurred in June 2024. He is now seeking restitution in the form of damages ranging between $250,000 and $1 million.

Diggs' legal complaint states that he and Mulan Hernandez had a casual relationship. However, on the day of the incident, the latter showed up unannounced at the sportsman's house after a night of partying, per the complaint.

Per the lawsuit, as reported by Where Is The Buzz, Hernandez started berating and provoking Diggs. Despite his repeated attempts to get her to leave, she began escalating the situation. She then allegedly went into his gaming room and began wreaking havoc, as she decimated a high-end gaming PC and shattered a $130,000 wristwatch. She also allegedly flung his phone into the toilet.

Diggs also claims that she began assaulting him by throwing punches at his chest, and during this time, she took shots at his football career, as she said:

“You won’t be playing this year.”
