Kanye West once again came into the spotlight after his video on a jail call to Lil Durk went viral. Lil Durk, a Chicago rapper, is facing charges for his involvement in an alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy targeting musician Quando Rondo.
While speaking to Lil Durk, Kanye also stated that he chopped his own album, BULLY, which is expected to be released in June 2025.
"I chopped up this whole album myself" Kanye said.
In the video, Kanye West revealed that he just talked to Diddy.
“You know I just got off the phone I talked to him (Diddy) for five minutes ago, five and you called me. Yeah Yeah man….” Kanye said.
Diddy, rapper and musician, is reportedly facing major legal troubles. He has been being accused of s*xual assault and s*x trafficking as of this writing.

Further, he continued to say that producers are working on his album BULLY at an LA warehouse of approximately 30,000 sqft. in size. About his warehouse, Ye also said that he had a massive screen at his place.
“We just we’ve been in the studio, man I got this warehouse and like this sh*t 30,000 square feet. You know I have all the producers I put down stairs and then I got this big a** screen. They be saying 16 by 9 for films but this screen is so wide that it’s called a 9 by 1 it is a surround screen.”
Kanye West also said that he shot and edited a movie with his wife in Japan.
“And I shot this movie with my wife in Japan and then we just and then we just edited it and it’s been shown to the people across different frontiers like sci-fi, you know…. We gonna shoot some more films.”
Going ahead in his conversation, Kanye said that he also got in touch with Dave Blunts and that they talked about underground beats. He even mentioned another American rapper and singer, Lazer Dim 700.
“You know… you know the Lazer Dim 700 in Atlanta yeah I just got put on to him but his beats they just… it’s like uh I connected with Dave Blunts and he was talking about these are the underground beats, explain them to me. The way everybody approached their beats they say that Dave Blunts watch this.. he records on a phone. He records on his iphone,”
Kanye West’s new album BULLY is expected to release in June 2025
Ye’s eleventh studio album, BULLY, is reportedly set for release on June 15, 2025. The rapper took inspiration for the album's title from an incident in which his son, Saint West, kicked a child who was considered "weak," which is why Saint is depicted on the cover.
BULLY’s plans were first announced in September 2024 at a listening event for Vultures 2, his joint project with Ty Dolla $ign.
