Fans are concerned for Popular Twitch streamer Emiru after videos of her, Cinna, and Valkyrae being accosted by a stranger have been going viral.

The three streamers were out on Santa Monica Pier on March 2 when an unknown man came up to them. He began asking Cinna for her phone number, and despite her turning him down, his advances intensified. In videos circulating online, he can be seen getting down on one knee and proposing to them, seconds before he offers to serenade them.

However, things escalated when he began charging at them and threatening them with violence, noting that he would "keep following them" and even "kill them." The three girls can be seen fleeing for their safety as they plead with him to back off. He eventually leaves them alone, which is when the girls pull their hoods up and put on sunglasses to mitigate further attention.

The Twitch star, whose real name is Emily, was born on January 3, 1998, which makes her 27 years old as of 2025. Born in Wichita, Kansas, she is primarily known for streaming League of Legends on Twitch. She boasts over 1.7 million followers on her account, and is known for occasionally cosplaying.

However, despite an avid on-screen presence, she keeps her private life out of the limelight, which means much of it remains a secret, including information about her partners, siblings, and parents.

In the wake of the incident, Valkyrae and Cinna have both issued updates noting that they are fine and have already spoken to the cops, though they will be taking time off from streaming to recuperate and "process" the situation. However, Emiru has been radio silent, and has yet to issue a statement on the same.

“Hey everyone we are safe. Unfortunately, we have to end the marathon and need time to process what happened as we shock at the moment,” Cinna penned on X.

Valkyrae also took to X to note that all the women, including Emiru, are in shock, as she asked everyone to send them love:

“We are all ok and have been with police. We decided we are done with the marathon and need time to process! Thank you for all the love and support this past week, we had so much fun and hope you all enjoyed,” Valkyrae echoed, as she added: "That end of marathon brunch stream we had planned tomorrow with friends will be rescheduled for sometime in the far future :’) please send love to emiru, Cinna, Rosie and Emily! Everybody is in shock but I’m so glad were together."

Fans have been inundating social media with well-wishes for the three women, and at the time of writing, Emiru's status remains unclear.
