Chicago had two all-white cowgirl outfits for her birthday. The first outfit included a white cowgirl shirt with matching white chaps and tassels for days. Chicago donned a white cowgirl hat with matching white boots. Chicago's shirt is bedazzled on the back with her full name in silver rhinestones. Her hair was braided into two pigtails and accessorized with gold hair accessories.

The alternative cowgirl outfit included a fuzzy white vest with a layered fringe skirt, matching boots, and a hat, along with a heart-shaped belt to complete the cowgirl aesthetic.

The color scheme for the birthday was pink and white. As seen in the photos, the decor included bales of hay, pink and beige balloons, and pink gingham-covered tables. It also included fun activities such as a 'Poppin' Pistols Showdown' booth and a pink cowboy booth piñata.
