A video of Halle Bailey's son, Halo, playing the piano was well-received by fans.

In the video, the two-year-old can be seen slamming down on the piano keys while seated on his mother's lap as she tries to get him to follow her cue. She can be heard cheering him on, saying:

"That's very good!"

The comments didn't end there, as scores online pointed out that he would likely be musically inclined, seeing as his mom, aunt, and dad are all in the music industry.

Halle Bailey tries to keep her son out of the limelight

Halle Bailey welcomed her first-born back in December 2023:

“Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo. The world is desperate to know you,” Bailey wrote on Instagram at the time.

However, the singer is adamant about keeping her son out of the spotlight. Just this past November, when DDG and Halo showed up on Kai Cenat's Twitch stream, seemingly without her permission, Bailey took to X to express her woes:

“I wasn’t told or notified, and I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people,” Bailey wrote in a now-deleted post. “I am his mother and protector and saddened that i wasn’t notified especially when i am out of town.”

In response, DDG took to his YouTube channel to call on his fans to have sympathy for his child's mother:

“She could be going through something mentally after having a kid that I can’t understand as a man. So when situations like this happen, I try to handle it with as much grace as possible because Halo needs her, I need her, we need each other to create a childhood that’s safe and fun and memorable for him,” he shared in the clip.

One-half of the Chloe x Halle duo later took to social media to apologize, noting that she may have overreacted:

“yesterday maybe i did overreact and shouldn’t have brought it here. i know that halo is always safe with his dad. i just don’t like finding out with the rest of the world what my baby is doing,” she posted.
