Popular Kick live streamer, Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, was arrested in the Philippines on April 2, 2025, after he shared videos of himself seemingly harassing multiple locals. Vitaly was arrested in front of a Pasay City Hotel “based on a mission order from the Bureau of Immigration.”

The video shows a police officer reading Vitaly his Miranda rights. The streamer is dressed in a black shirt, black pants, and an orange baseball cap with his hands cuffed behind him.

The Russian-American streamer broadcast his “adventures” in a live stream on Kick titled, “Vitaly disturbing the peace in the Philippines.” In a clip shared by @RandomGamerTRGD on X, Vitaly seemingly harasses some individuals in Bonifacio Global City.

The streamer asks a traffic officer if he can “shove a banana peel your b**ty” and proceeds to ride the latter’s patrol motorcycle. He moved to a nearby shopping centre where he pulled pranks on the locals there. He approached an older lady in a threatening manner saying:

“I’m gonna fu**ing rob you if you keep walking away.”

When the lady stopped, Vitaly offered to give her money, which she refused, to which he replied:

“No? Okay, ‘cuz you’ve got a COVID mask, you liberal f**k. Go get your vaccine.”

In another clip, Vitaly appeared to take a restaurant’s electric fan without permission and crashed a tricycle into a parked jeep.

Joel Anthony Viado, Bureau of Immigration commissioner of the Philippines, emphasised that foreigners must respect local laws:

"The Philippines welcomes visitors from all over the world, but those who abuse our hospitality and violate our laws will be held accountable."

He added:

"Harassment and disruptive behaviour have no place in our society and we will take swift action against offenders."

The Bureau of Immigration also released a statement on how Vitaly’s arrest was affected. The report states that a security guard stationed in BGC with the PNP Southern Police District filed a police blotter for harassment.

The CIDG looked into the matter and liaised with BI intelligence operatives, who carried out the arrest based on a mission order issued by Joel Anthony Viado.

Vitaly is currently at the Bureau of Immigration’s detention center in Camp Bagterong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig, awaiting deportation proceedings.
