According to the bodycam footage shared by the X user @FearedBuck, on March 30, 2025, she called the police after Richardson ran to her place for refuge after her altercation with Doherty.

The video on X was shared along with a tweet, which read:

“He got violent with her last night.”

She claimed in the clip referring to McKinley, and added:

“He put his hands on her..she came to my house..I’m the friend..I’m an old friend of his [Doherty’s].”

Araujo allegedly told the police that Doherty's ex had been hiding in a different car, a Nissan, which he had never seen before, to avoid the escalation. Araujo and her friend, whom she identified as, “G” further explained that McKinley would be going to his house to get all her belongings.

“He locked the door and has [sent] threatening text messages. That he wants to punch her in the face, that he’s gonna destroy her sh*t. So, I was like it’d be good to have you guys here in case anything happened.” Araujo told the officers in the clip.

According to the reported clip, McKinley had been living with her ex-boyfriend for over two years. The video ends when Doherty approaches the scene and confronts her. The fight reportedly caused the end of their relationship. At the time of this article's publishing, there are no reports of a reconciliation between the former couple.
