Kanye West has now accused the YouTuber and streamer Kai Cenat of copying his idea of 24-hour live streaming.
In a viral clip that is circulating on social media, Kanye says he was the one who came up with the creative idea of doing long, live, and non-stop streams.
According to Kanye, Kai copied his idea in the 2023 Twitch stream, in which Kai, along with his friends, lived in a fake jail setup. This was live-streamed on Twitch had gained massive popularity back then.

The Slow Jamz singer, Kanye West, in his latest rant, which is going viral on social media, has accused Kai Cenat of stealing his live-streaming idea. In the clip, Kanye says:
“I invented the streaming sh*t with Donda. “This **** gon’ tell me, ‘Oh, Kai Cenat had ***** in the prison.’ …I was like, ‘That was my whole sh*t!’ Sleeping in the Stadium, **** is taking the whole swag and running with it.”
He continues:
“That’s one thing that old **** be doing, though. **** will pull up and want you to remember some sh*t. That’s how ***s get shot and sh*t. ‘Man, you remember?’ ‘No.’ Bang! You outta here.”
The Kai Cenat stream that Ye has accused the streamer of copying went viral in 2023. The stream basically had Kai and his friends, including Druski, Offset, and Chrisean Rock, living in a fake jail set up for seven days straight. It was streamed 24/7 on Twitch.
The live stream had captured all their moments, including their jokes, pranks, fights, and all other unfiltered moments. This live stream was one of its kind and had garnered millions of views and attention on social media.
In the clip from his live stream, Kanye says that Kai copied the idea from his concept for the 2021 album, Donda, Back then, Kanye had launched a 24-hour live stream to promote Donda, his 10th studio album. For this, he stayed at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta for several days.
Cameras were up 24/7, and Kanye was recorded eating, sleeping, and working out, and also recording and finishing the album, Donda. This live stream gave Kanye fans and followers a glimpse of the rapper and a raw experience of his process of creating the album.
