Kick Streamer, Destiny, who goes by the name Steven Kenneth Bonnell II, has recently given updates on the lawsuit filed by Pxie in his recent stream.

During the stream, Destiny said that the lawsuit filed against him would be dismissed after the discovery phase. He also mentioned how he thinks the lawsuit filed is ''factually incorrect.''

Further, he said that the judge laughed at the temporary restraining order that was put in by Pxie's legal team, and he concluded by talking about the lawsuit by calling the whole situation a ''big meme.''

What did Destiny reveal about the lawsuit during his recent stream?

Destiny, the streamer best known for his political and philosophical debates, recently gave his audiences an update about the lawsuit filed against him by another streamer named Pxie.

During the live stream that happened on April 8, 2025, Destiny spoke about how he feels that the case will be dismissed soon, as he found it ''factually incorrect.'' This is what he said:

"It's just waiting for- the complaint is bullsh*t, because ther are things in the complaint that are factually incorrect. The other side knows that they are factually incorrect.''

He continued:

''Their dream is to get to some discovery phase so that they can go through all of my DMs in the hopes that they will find something that will allow them to salvage it."

He also mentioned how the opposing counsel is trying to find something incriminating in his messages, and then said that they won't be able to find it because his messages have nothing that is incriminating.

For context, Pxie filed the lawsuit back in February 2025. She alleged that Destiny leaked private videos of her without her consent. The lawsuit also claims that Destiny had recorded an intimate encounter with her back in 2020, and then in 2022, he shared that with a fan. The video was then leaked to different po*nography websites, which caused a lot of distress to Pixie.

Destiny denied the claims made and apologized, saying that he didn't intend to make any private videos public. In the live stream, Destiny also mentioned that Pxie's legal team tried to get an order from the court that would not allow him to post certain kinds of videos. He also said that her team tried to get a restraining order, but the judge then laughed at the request. This is what he said during the stream:

"I think right now we are in the process of fighting over a preliminary injunction that their side wants to get to get me to stop hosting a whole bunch of videos online. Even though I am not hosting any f**king videos online. That's why they tried to file a TRO."

He then concluded by saying that the whole situation was a ''big meme.'' The lawsuit also includes charges of invasion of privacy and cyber sexual harassment.
