IShowSpeed gives update on collaboration with Jackie Chan, says it's "80% done"

On IShowSpeed's China tour stream, the YouTuber revealed that he is collaborating with Jackie Chan, a Hong Kong actor and filmmaker.

The statement came during a live stream in March when a user asked Speed if he wanted to meet Jackie Chan. The 20-year-old replied to the statement by adding,

"That's in the works y'all. Me and Jackie Chan is in the works. I gotta meet the...Chat Jackie Chan is like the king of China."

However, the streamer didn't give the exact information on what the collaboration is about or when he is planning to release it.

As per his new statement, Speed has already completed 80% of the collaboration with Jackie Chan. In a live stream hosted by the streamer on his YouTube account on March 31, Speed said,

"Me, Jackie Chan? Bro, that is like 80% done. Me and Jackie Chan are like 80% done, done. I think it's gonna happen lowkey. I think it's gonna happen. I think it'll happen to y'all."

The clip of IShowSpeed soon went viral, with fans supporting him and showing excitement for the new collab.

"This is gonna be his biggest stream," a user, tweeted.

"ayo this gon be legendary if it happens fr," another user, wrote.

IShowSpeed's previous viral meets and collaborations, including Cristiano Ronaldo

IShowSpeed has shown his curiosity to meet Cristiano Ronaldo from time to time. Speed also met Ronaldo in 2023, where he hugged Ronaldo and told

"I love you, bro. I'm a big fan of you, bro. I got you right here (showing his tattoo on the arms)."

The two even did the famous “Siu” celebration together, a move Ronaldo made iconic. Later, to make his dream come true, MrBeast added Speed to a WhatsApp group chat with Ronaldo, which left Speed excited. Beast also advised Speed by adding,

"Just be chill. Just be yourself, Speed. Don't cry. Don't freak out. Don't smell them. Definitely don't bark at them. The thing is, if you want Ronaldo to hang out with you again, just act normal speed."

Though Speed and Ronaldo haven’t collaborated, their 2023 meet-up went viral, with fans speculating about a future project, especially after MrBeast linked them in a 2024 WhatsApp chat.

Speed has previously collaborated with big names, including Kai Cenat when we signed for streams and the Rumble deal in May 2023 and MrBeast for the $100,000 Wipeout course in 2024.
