Shannon Sharpe's lawyers release alleged text messages from the accuser
Jane Doe, the accuser, has sued Shannon Sharpe for $50 million for battery charges and r*pe. As per the New York Post, Shannon's lawyers have released a few text messages allegedly sent by the accuser that prove that it was an adult consensual relationship.
The texts were allegedly s*xually explicit in nature and also included graphic images. One of the texts reveals that the accuser is asking him to 'put a dog collar around my neck' and 'tie me up and do bad things to me.'
Shannon's lawyer, Davis, also noted that Jane Doe and Shannon had consensual s*x until Jan 2, 2025, and in one of the text messages allegedly sent by the accuser, she had asked for $25,000 per cheek. The text read, 'I know u miss this big juicy ass…$25k for each cheek,' as per the texts released by the lawyers.
The text messages allegedly also included graphic images which were s*xual in nature. One of the texts that was reportedly sent by the accuser included an image of women tied up in a compromising position and the text that was sent read 'Tie me up like this & f–k me,' which was replied with 'IF* I knew how to I would,' by Shannon.
That text was then replied to by the accuser saying 'It’s ok I have handcuffs … we can stick to those for now.' In a text that was allegedly sent by the accuser on March 14, it read 'I wanna be abused daddy,' and 'i want you to put a dog collar around my neck and choke me with it while ur f–king me,' on October 9.
After releasing these texts, Sharpe's lawyer said:
''The 'evidence paints a clear picture: this was a consensual, adult relationship that included role-playing, s*xual language, and fantasy scenarios' initiated by the plaintiff.''
Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing Jane Doe responded by saying that these text messages were just a distraction by Shannon's legal team.
