Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate returned to the U.S. from Romania on February 27. The brothers were charged with trafficking and money laundering. On their return, Florida's governor, Ron DeSantis, denied being informed about their arrival. Additionally, U.S. officials later launched a criminal investigation against the Tate brothers in Florida.
After multiple tweets against the Florida authorities, Andrew Tate has once again called out Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General James Uthmeier in his recent X post. In the tweet uploaded by Tate on March 17, he writes,
"Hey @GovRonDeSantis and AG. If you guys want a case how about I show you FLORIDA residents who LIED to Romanian authorities in exchange for MONEY that led to the arrest and imprisonment of American citizens abroad. Democrats induced and US AID funded via legal NGOs. You guys want a real case of actual criminals? I’ll give you one. I have the PAPERWORK."
His previous tweets challenged the Florida officials to find a case against him, saying, "My bags packed for jail."
Andrew Tate speaks on facing legal system struggles
Before uploading the post, involving Romanian authorities and money exchange, Andrew Tate uploaded another tweet on X on March 17, in which he wrote,
"My brother I were abused by a foreign legal system for 3 solid years. The case was ruled unable to move forward, even with absolute corruption against us, because we are INNOCENT. The girls involved defended us against corrupt police in the most corrupt country in Europe."
He further added that Florida's governor insulted him and started an investigation after he returned, which was unexpected on his part. Alongside, he also criticized Byron Donalds for not standing up for due process.
Governor Ron DeSantis and Attorney General James Uthmeier haven't replied to Andrew Tate's comments yet. However, in Uthmeier's recent tweet uploaded on X on March 17, he was seen acknowledging his responsibility to protect Florida by stating,
"@GovRonDeSantis has bestowed a duty on me to protect the Free State of Florida. My promise as your Attorney General is that I will endeavor every day to do what is right and levy justice where it is due. No empty rhetoric. No posturing. No excuses."
Andrew Tate defends himself by taking Laura Loomer's name

Andrew Tate is quite active on his social media accounts, giving his own opinion and comments amid the ongoing case on him and his brother. Andrew recently tagged Laura Loomer, an American far-right political activist and journalist.
She is also a host of Loomer Unleashed, where she shares her own views on controversies in politics. Tate took Laura's name in the recent tweet by adding,
"If I was guilty of anything @LauraLoomer would have found it by now."
Through the tweet, Tate implied that Laura Loomer, known for her investigative work and exposing controversies, has not found any evidence against him, suggesting he is innocent.
Loomer also replied to Andrew's tweet by adding,
"You don’t want to get Loomered.”
The case on the Tate Brothers still continues in Romania and Florida as of now. Florida authorities are yet to reveal further details on the case.
