“I have never cheated and never will”: Influencer Nmplol denies cheating on ex Malena, calls things “unequivocally false”

It came as a shock to most fans when their favorite streaming couple, Nmplol and Malena, announced their split in September 2024. Nick Polom, popularly known as Nmplol, and Malena Tudi, also known as Malena, made live streams of their daily lives on Twitch and YouTube.

During a live stream in September 2024, Nmplol announced that he and his partner Malena had separated. He said it was a mutual decision due to their different goals in life.

However, things took a different turn when alleged new court filings revealed that Malena was accusing her ex-partner of alleged infidelity and “economic and financial abuse.”

In response to the circulating leak, Nmplol firmly stated that he didn't cheat and never will, claiming that the news was “unequivocally false.”

"For those curious, I have never cheated and never will. Depending on how things progress, this will become obvious. A lot of the thing yall have seen have been unequivocally false. In the meantime, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and leave the legal stuff up to the professionals."

Many netizens believed that Nmplol and Malena's split in 2024 was amicable; however, that idea was quickly overturned when an alleged court document related to their divorce leaked on social media.

The four-page document shared by @Awk2000 on April 11, 2025, outlined Malena’s supposed response to her ex-husband's motion to seal court records. A section of the court document, titled ARGUMENT, alleged that Malena was accusing Nick of cheating after finding suspicious photos of another woman and his messages with another woman.

“On or about June 2024, MALENA AND NICHOLAS traveled to Spain to care for her ailing mother who was battling cancer. While in Spain awaiting treatment for MALENA's mother, NICHOLAS was unsatisfied with the parties' online content and decided to travel to Amsterdam to a streamer convention and resided with other streamers, against MALENA's will. Upon returning, MALENA found suspicious photos of another woman and messages between another woman and NICHOLAS on NICHOLAS's phone,” a part of the alleged court fillings read.

The document also alleged that Nick was in charge of Malena's finances, maintaining an “almost exclusive control” over his ex-wife's spending.

“Throughout the parties 'marriage, NICHOLAS has maintained almost exclusive control over the parties 'finances and unilateral decision making on spending and distribution of the funds. Any spending by MALENA had to be first requested and then approved by NICHOLAS. The majority of the financial accounts are in NICHOLAS's name, even though the parties made video content online together and profited from same.”

Aside from these revelations, the alleged court filings related to the couple's divorce also revealed that the estranged couple had been married since 2015 allegedly, and Nmplol wanted Malena to sign an NDA and release a joint statement concerning their separation.

At the time of writing this article, Malena has maintained her silence about the alleged case leaks and divorce proceedings.
