"I have business to do": IShowSpeed teases upcoming "bangers" after announcing streaming break

IShowSpeed hosted a livestream on April 21 titled WORLDS GOT TALENT. The livestream lasted for around five hours and thirty minutes. In the last forty seconds of the stream, IShowSpeed, aka Darren Jason Watkins Jr., requested the audience to wait and announced his future plans by saying,

"Let me say something real quick. Chat I won't see y'all chat. I will be taking a little break, y'all. I have business to do. I love y'all boys I will be back."

Speed further continues,

"Alright chat, love y'all boys man. I will be back when I'm back, y'all. I promise y'all, we've got some bangers coming up and banger sh*t got confirmed today. Shout out to these winners, man. And last but not least, today it got confirmed y'all. Just letting you all know."

IShowSpeed talks about his plans to livestream from space

While fans are curious to know what IShowSpeed is planning behind the scenes, some suspect that it has something to do with X (formerly Twitter). In a 2024 interview, Speed was seen saying,

"One day I want to do a stream in space. Once I get in contact with Elon Musk. If I have so much ideas, you know that could really go crazy, but I have to get content with Elon Musk because he's the one who… you know… because I want to do, like, streams where I'm on the plane, and I'm still streaming on a plane, but Elon Musk has that right now."

He further continues,

"First off, I wanna do a stream in every country. And imma be… I have a lot of stuff coming up 2025."

Soon after Speed ended his recent livestream, an X user, @FearedBuck, uploaded a tweet with the caption,

"IShowSpeed reveals he’s taking a break from streaming and plans to return with a huge stream. Earlier, he hinted that the big stream will have something to do with “X.” 👀"

The comment section was soon filled with users sharing their own opinions. While some believe it could have something to do with Elon Musk's SpaceX, others believe he might be collaborating with WWE or Ronaldo.

A user, @InterLinkAll, wrote,

Another user, @wynzmanz, commented,

Speed hasn’t revealed exactly what new he's bringing to the table or when he’ll be back. However, the streamer has hinted that something major is coming. This has left fans excited, waiting for what is next on Speed's list.

IShowSpeed recently rode in a flying car during his trip to China, becoming one of the first streamers to do so. His nervous and funny reactions were loved by fans on the internet.
