Adin Ross is back on Twitch, and fellow streamer Cinna has offered some advice for the controversial Internet personality. During a live stream on the platform on March 29, 2025, Cinna expressed that she hoped Ross would change and stop making contentious statements.
For those unversed, Adin Ross was banned from Twitch in February 2023 due to some “unmoderated comments” that were visible on his Kick chat during a broadcast. News of Ross’ reinstatement at the Amazon subsidiary has been met with mixed reactions.
A portion of Cinna’s audience expressed their displeasure at the news, prompting Cinna to weigh in on the issue:
"People are saying sadly? People can change. You know what I mean? Hopefully, he doesn't keep baiting the white supremacy; everything like that. I think people can change.,"
She added:
"I think he, you know, did shi**y stuff before. Hopefully, he changes. If he doesn't, I am sure Twitch will deal with it. You know what I mean? But hopefully, he does."
“I don’t think half the stuff he does is allowed on Twitch anyway,” Cinna says as Adin Ross returns to the Live streaming platform
Adin Ross has courted controversy on multiple occasions. Some of the guests on his platform include embattled self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew Tate and Nick Fuentes, who promotes white supremacist views. The 24-year-old streamer was recently in the news for allegedly doing the N*zi salute in a viral clip. He later apologized, saying he had “failed in trying to repair his image” and added that “there was no explaining.”
As Cinna reacted to Ross’ return to Twitch, she added that the platform would ban him again if he flouted the rules. She also aired her opinion on permanent bans by Twitch:
"I don't think half the stuff he does is allowed on Twitch anyway. So, it's kind of what it is. It's one of those things. But I do think Twitch permanently banning people is always bad. Even if you don't like a person, it's always bad. As long as you can hopefully grow from it and change, that's always better,”
Cinna mentioned another streamer, Jonathan Somali, who she hoped would never come back to Twitch:
"Now, I do say that loosely. Then there are streamers like f**king Johnny Somali that exist. Let's keep him far the f**k away from Twitch. Please, for the love of god. Holy f**k, dude, let's keep him far away."
Adin Ross had over 7 million followers on Twitch before the ban in 2023 and is now rebuilding his followers from scratch.
