Grimes calls out Elon Musk over child’s medical crisis on X, then deletes post

The equation between Grimes and Elon Musk is not unknown, as the two have been seen multiple times in the past together in front of the media, including at the 2018 Met Gala. Elon Musk and Grimes began dating in 2018 and have three kids together named X AE A-XII Musk in 2020, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk in 2021, and Tau Techno Mechanicus in 2022.

Their relationship came to an end in 2022 when the two decided to part ways. As of now, the two are sharing a co-parenting bond.

On February 20, Grimes uploaded a new tweet on X (formerly Twitter), asking Musk to help their kid with a medical crisis. While Grimes didn't reveal the name of the child she was talking about, considering they both are co-parenting three kids together, Grimes accused Musk of ignoring the calls and not communicating.

Grimes deletes the tweet, calling it a 'media circus at the expense of the kids'

The incident took place on February 20, when Grimes, ex-girlfriend of Elon Musk, uploaded a tweet asking Elon to help their child through the medical crisis.

Grimes shared on X that Elon Musk has been missing her calls and not showing up for meetings. She revealed that their child might have a long-term health issue if not treated. The musician also added that if going public is the only way to get Musk’s attention, then that’s what she’ll do.

The tweet soon gained attention from the media and users within hours.

An X user, @DeepDishEnjoyer, added a tweet on X, letting Grimes know that her tweets were getting shadowbanned. The user wrote:

"@Grimezsz fyi (you probably already know this) but you are currently being shadowbanned - the only way to view your tweets is via your "replies" tab in your profile"

Later, Grimes deleted her tweet and replied to the X user, @DeepDishEnjoyer, by adding:

"I am deleting them now because if they're being shadow banned and not eliciting a response then all it is is a media circus at the expense of the kids."

However, Grimes did not share the child's name or details about their medical condition.

Elon Musk was also recently seen in the White House with their kid, X AE A-XII Musk, on February 11, along with Donald Trump.

The news was covered by many media houses and also gained Grimes's attention. Grimes also replied to the news by tweeting:

"He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I'm glad he was polite. Sigh"

Elon Musk has not responded to any of Grimes' tweets or user comments on the medical crisis matter. The SpaceX and Tesla CEO has also been linked with Amber Heard in 2016 and was married to Talulah Riley from 2010 to 2012 and from 2013 to 2016. Before Talulah, he was married to Justine Musk from 2000 to 2008.
