Adam Grandmaison, popularly known as Adam22, is a YouTuber, podcaster, and the creator of No Jumper. He has recently been in the news as his podcast is facing major structural changes.

On April 4, 2025, DJ Vlad, an interviewer and journalist best known for his YouTube channel, djvlad, took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and said that he was finalizing the purchase of the No Jumper podcast. He said:

''I'm finalizing the purchase of @nojumper. What job should I give @adam22 ?''

DJ Vlad claims that he's purchasing Adam22's No Jumper podcast

The No Jumper podcast on YouTube has over four million subscribers and is undergoing financial distress. Earlier this week, Adam22 announced that the No Jumper podcast will be undergoing layoffs.

Amidst the news of the layoffs, DJ Vlad took to his X account, claiming that he is buying the No Jumper podcast, and also asked what job he should give Adam22. Adam then responded by giving a one-word reply:

''Janitor''

DJ Vlad's YouTube channel has over six million subscribers, and he has interviewed celebrities and well-known personalities from various fields. Some of them include Errol Musk, Charleston White, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Sebastian Telfair.

Adam22 also spoke about the two big issues their company faced in the last few months. He said:

''First, we lost the No Jumper Instagram. After almost 10 years of building it up and essentially no strikes on our account, we got taken down one day and we still have absolutely no idea why.''

Adam22 then mentioned the legal action filed against No Jumper by a former employee, Yuriy. The employee alleged workplace misconduct, including discrimination and harassment. Adam22, however, denied the claims, calling them baseless and an ''extortion attempt.''

In addition, another employee named Rylee Garcia has also filed a lawsuit against No Jumper, alleging s*xual harassment and wrongful termination. These lawsuits and the unexpected suspension of No Jumper's Instagram account have added to the financial strain on the company.

To deal with these issues, Adam22 has taken some significant measures, including laying off multiple employees, closing the No Jumper store in Los Angeles, and moving to a smaller space to mitigate expenses.

Expressing how he feels about the changes the company is going through, he said:

''To be honest, aside from the lay-offs, I’m pretty happy about all those changes," Adam confessed.

He continued:

''I’m confident that once we get the building sold, we will be in a pretty solid financial position again as a business.''

No Jumper initially began in 2011 as a blog on Tumblr, then it was transitioned in 2015 to a podcast format and featured interviews with rap artists, BMX riders, and pop culture figures.
