Who are performing at the 2025 Oscars? Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, and more set to take the stage

The biggest night in Hollywood is here and all our favourite stars are gearing up for another Oscars night to remember.

Conan O'Brien will be hosting the 97th Academy Awards tonight. Its esteemed presenter list includes veteran actor Willem Dafoe, industry titan Oprah Winfrey, singer and actress Selena Gomez, and well-known celebrities Robert Downey Jr. and Ana de Armas, among others.

All at the same time, there is a whole roster of some of our favorite musicians who will also grace the night and the stage with their eclectic performances.

Musicians scheduled to perform at the 97th Academy Awards

The Wicked Duo

Two of the names on the list are recently announced duo Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.

With one or more of the songs from Wicked, for which they have also been nominated, Erivo and Grande are anticipated to kick off Oscar night. Wicked has earned a total of 10 nominations at the Awards ceremony.

This includes Best Picture and Original Score along with the Best Actress nomination for Erivo, and the Best Supporting Actress nomination for Grande.

LISA, Doja Cat and RAYE

The star-studded line-up also includes a performance by BLACKPINK's LISA, Doja Cat and RAYE.

The Academy posted on their social media with the caption:

"Three global superstars. One epic Oscars moment. Doja Cat, LISA of Blackpink, and RAYE take the stage for a showstopping celebration of cinema."

LISA will light up the stage with a performance of her track "Born Again," a song featuring RAYE and Doja Cat. As the fourth single from her upcoming album "Alter Ego," the song was made available earlier this month.

Lalisa Manobal, also known as Lisa, is the first K-Pop artist to perform live at the Oscars.

Queen Latifa

At the 97th Academy Awards, rapper and performer Queen Latifah will reportedly honor the late Quincy Jones with a special performance. Jones has won 28 Grammy Awards and gained many other honors as a record producer, writer, arranger, conductor, trumpet player, and bandleader.

The news was announced by the Academy on their social media captioned:

"The Queen has arrived. Queen Latifah is set to take the Oscars stage for a moment you won’t want to miss!"

Live coverage of the 2025 Oscars will begin at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The event is scheduled to take place at Ovation Hollywood's Dolby Theatre.

ABC will broadcast the 2025 Oscars in more than 200 countries throughout the globe. The event will also be streamed live on Hulu for the first time.
