Rapper and songwriter Hilta J3 is the latest to weigh in on the rap beef between Lamar and Drake.

Born Dominicke Williams, the rapper hails from the inner circles of the West Coast. Inspired by his brother Jayman, who goes by the acronym J3, Hilta was motivated to become a rapper. Hilta J3's relationship with Lamar can be traced to his first breakout single, Do Yo Gudda (Remix), which also featured the locals of YG and Problem. More recently, he collaborated again with Lamar on the latter's track, GNX.

Hitta J3 has reportedly defended Kendrick Lamar by expressing disapproval of Rubi Rose for declaring Drake the winner of the rap beef.

Rubi Ross reportedly weighed in on the beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. The rapper took to X in response to fans who claimed that Lamar had won the rap beef after his appearance at the Super Bowl. After the post went viral, Hitta J3 tagged Ross in a post and countered her post. He called her out and asked her to "stop faking" and claimed that she was a "fan" of K.Dot (Kendrick Lamar's original rapper name) too.

Hitta has not been shy about defending Kendrick Lamar or discussing his long-term relationship with him. In a December 2024 interview with The Daily Targum, he revealed his brother Jayman and Lamar were friends before he became a rapper. He noted that due to their inner connections, Lamar has always been in his "corner." He further credited Lamar for guiding him through his rap career.
