What songs did Lil Wayne perform in his medley at 'SNL 50: The Anniversary Special'?

Lil Wayne performed a medley of hit songs at the SNL 50: The Anniversary Special on February 16, 2025. The singer was joined by hip-hop band, The Roots and DJ T. Lewis on stage. Wayne's hit off his medley with Uproar, followed by other singles, including Lollipop, Six Foot Seven Foot, Mrs. Officer, and A Milli.

Wayne was among the star-studded cast, including Miley Cyrus, Paul McCartney, and Brittany Howard. Wayne's medley lasted for about 5 minutes and the singer addressed his audience with a simple "Thank you" and marked the 50th Anniversary.

Lil Wayne paved the way for his segment with Uproar. After 45 seconds, he stepped into the quirky lyrics of Lollipop. Wayne completed the segment with live vocals of Six Foot Seven Foot, Mrs. Officer, and A Milli as the crowd cheered on.

The live performance used no autotune or prerecorded sounds, with Wayne's vocals supported by the Roots. Wayne was all smiles after the SNL performance and went on to fist-bump his team members.

Fans can see the full performance on YouTube. Many took to the comment section and appreciated the live singing. One user (@theo5675) wrote,

"Yea this is the best wayne performance he done in while he actually sounds like classic weezy."

Many users cheered for The Roots and Wayne's performance. Another user added,

"Lil Wayne, you brought the live to the Live. Thank you The Roots."

While some noted that the singer didn't perform all his hits, a fan (@ronaldsanders9032) jumped to his defense and wrote,

"Y'all chill. Wayne got so many Hits he couldn't do. Excluding the Hits he did here. Excluding his Hot Boys Hits. Excluding his legendary Mixtapes. Excluding his 100 Feats from 2005-2011. Put some respect on Dwayne Carter's name."

His SNL 50th Anniversary comes after he addressed his fans for not being invited to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show in New Orleans. While Lil Wayne's fans were disappointed to not see him perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 9, his SNL performance struck a chord with many.
