J-hope's latest single, Mona Lisa, was released on March 21, 2025. In just a few hours, it has already landed itself a spot at number 12 on Spotify's Global Chart along with 3.89 streams. ARMYs have been waiting for this release ever since Hobi released a teaser on his Instagram account via a concept photo a few days ago.
A fan account by the username @tksovers posted the Spotify numbers that Mona Lisa has garnered and posted it on X. A part of the caption reads,
"It marks j-hope's Biggest debut ever" - @tksovers wrote.
Fans are happy about the release, but the majority of the comments expressed dissatisfaction with the numbers expressing that they were aiming for more. One of the users wrote,
"This song is really addictive," - @Mrsrapmoon commented.

After the numbers were posted on the @tksovers account. J-hope fans including ARMYs came flocking to the comments to leave their thoughts on the ranking.

As seen from the fan reactions, the latest j-hope single almost made it to 4 million streams. However, it is still one of his biggest debuts in his music career. The song was inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting with the eponymous name. It is
"a love song that pays tribute to celebrating one’s unique beauty" according to the description of the song on j-hope's official website.
