'Mixtape: dominATE' is going to be Stray Kids' first music release of 2025
This single is a part of Stray Kids' “Mixtape” project, which has been a beloved part of their discography since their debut. 'Mixtape: dominATE' is the latest installment of it.
The series began with 'Mixtape: Gone Days' and was followed by tracks like 'Mixtape: On Track' (2020), 'Mixtape: OH' (2021), and 'Mixtape: Time Out' (2023). The new single’s title is the same as the name of Stray Kids’ ongoing world tour, “dominATE.”
Their debut was in 2018 under JYP Entertainment. The group's members are Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N.
Stray Kids have six consecutive albums debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, reports suggest. They have also matched BTS for having the most gold-certified albums by a K-pop group in the U.S., with Maxident earning Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in January 2025.
Stray Kids have been topping charts, reports claim. Their most recent release, the December 2024 EP “HOP,” included solo tracks from each member and group songs. The EP featured the hit single “Walkin’ On Water” and a collaboration with Epik High’s Tablo.
The group's “dominATE” world tour kicked off in Seoul in August 2024. After touring across Asia and Australia, they wrapped up their Hong Kong concerts in January 2025 and held their annual fan meeting, “SKZ 5’CLOCK,” in February 2025.
The tour is set to resume in Latin America, Europe, and North America later this month. The group will be performing in 22 cities and 34 stadiums. It concludes in July 2025.
