Nearly five years after Travis Scott was originally scheduled to headline the 2020 edition of the festival—which was canceled due to the pandemic—the Houston rapper took the stage at Coachella 2025. His set at the festival has generated waves among fans across social media platforms.

The beloved singer performed on Saturday, April 12, 2025, as the final act on the main stage. Rolling Stone reported that Travis Scott's set began at 11:40 p.m., technically after Green Day's headline performance. However, it is worth noting that the slot was not officially labeled as "headliner."

Travis Scott had reportedly promised before that his Coachella performance would be a communal experience. He seemingly wanted to stay true to that idea, as he spent much of the performance on a circular, levitating platform in the middle of the general admission area.

He was backed by a 60-piece brass band made up of members from Jackson State and Florida A&M universities. Travis opened the performance with two tracks, Aye and Crush, before he started performing two previously unreleased songs, Oh Jacques and She Going Dumb.
