The Flaming Lips and Modest Mouse 'The Good Times Are Killing Me Tour': Presale code, dates, venues, & more

The Flaming Lips and Modest Mouse 2025 co-headlining tour is set to be held from August 1, 2025, to September 11, 2025, in venues across the mainland United States. The two bands will be supported by Friko and Dehd and has been titled the 'The Good Times Are Killing Me Tour'.

Presale for the tour starts with an artist presale on March 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time and can be accessed with the code REALIZE. Alternatively, interested patrons can sign up to Modest Mouse's Ice Cream Party fanclub to receive access to the artist presale.

A Live Nation presale will follow on March 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time and can be accessed with the code FUNKY. The Andrew J Brady Music Center presale will also be accessible with the code SUMMER. A general onsale will follow on March 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. All sales will be accessible via Ticketmaster.

The Flaming Lips and Modest Mouse are collaborating for the first time since 2002, when they were both part of the Unlimited Sunshine Tour. The two bands will play a total of 20 shows on this upcoming co-headlining tour, with The Flaming Lips then going on to perform at the Ogden Amphitheater in Ogden, Utah on September 17, 2025 on their own.

The Flaming Lips released their latest album, American Head, on September 11, 2020. It is their sixteenth studio album, and their first since 2019's King's Mouth.

The Flaming Lips are best known for their tenth studio album, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, which was released on July 16, 2002. The album is the band's platinum-certified record, and the band recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with a tour that started in 2023 and is still ongoing in 2025, with the last currently scheduled concert set to be held on June 21, 2025, in Spain.
