Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have shelled out a whopping $35 million for the purchase of a Spanish-style estate in Beverly Hills.

According to a report in Hola magazine, they acquired the property in December 2024, which was previously owned by renowned director Todd Philips.

It features seven bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a pool, a spa, and a home theatre, along with some other luxurious additions, including a grand swirling staircase and a greenhouse, as reported in the New York Post. This makes it a spacious retreat for the couple, who are soon to exchange wedding vows after their engagement on December 11, 2024.

Philips sold the estate in 2021, when it was picked up for $30 million, after he originally purchased it from Paradigm Talent Agency Chairman Sam Gores for $17.25 million in 2012, the New York Post report added.

At the time, it was described in its listing as a “true masterwork” and, a

“perfect combination of authentic details, fine craftsmanship, and the best modern amenities.”

According to Hola magazine, the current Net worth of the Calm Down singer is estimated to be $1.3 billion, while Blanco’s net worth is estimated to be $50 million, as per a report in Parade. Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s relationship is seemingly going strong since the duo started dating each other in 2023. From sharing cozy moments to their recent engagement announcement, the couple has garnered significant love and attention from fans worldwide.

They have recently collaborated to release their first album together, titled I Said I Love You First, on March 21, 2025. The 32-year-old shared a carousel of images featuring Blanco on her Instagram on February 14, 2025, and wrote in the caption,

“I always trick you guys. my NEW album I Said I Love You First with my best friend @itsbennyblanco, is out on 3/21.” She added that the, “first song, Scared of Loving You is out now on all streaming platforms.”

In her post, she mentioned that the merchandise and signed products for the album are already available for pre-order. “We can’t wait to share this special project with you soon!” Gomez wrote as she concluded her post.

Gomez recently surprised her fans when she collaborated with Gracie Abrams and Benny Blanco for her new single, Call Me When You Break Up, which is also a part of her new album.

She announced the release on Instagram on February 21, 2025, sharing a picture of the trio from the song shoot, and wrote,

"Call Me When You Break Up with @itsbennyblanco & @GracieAbrams is out now. Seriously had the BEST time making this song and video with these two!”

The song which seemed to be about an ex, is actually about someone special in Gomez’s life. It was reported by Elle US that during a listening event for the song in London, the Emilia Perez star said,

“To get an obvious statement out of the way, this song is actually about a best friend that I have in my life so it’s not about anything that you think it is.”

She also teased a few glimpses of the song on her Instagram account, and her beau accompanied her in promoting it, sharing a post that read:

“I made a Selena Gomez and Gracie Abrams music video on my phone.”

The music video is unique in itself, as it is shot in a selfie-style format, with the two singers singing their hearts out in a bedroom before being joined by Blanco himself.
