Fortnite Festival, launched in 2023, has become one of the most popular rhythm video games. The video game involves players performing songs of their choice while attempting to achieve the highest score possible, which is judged by their performance.
Every few months, Fortnite Festival usually has a change in its headliner. The current headliner, Hatsune Miku, who was introduced at the beginning of chapter five, is bringing her era to an end. Speculations were rampant about who the next headliner would be, with most players leaning toward the American superstar Sabrina Carpenter.
The game finally teased its next headliner on its official Fortnite Festival account, confirming the name that users have guessed all along: Sabrina Carpenter.
More details on Fortnite Festival’s next headliner, Sabrina Carpenter
Following a series of leaks and official teasers, it has all but been officially confirmed that the Please Please Please hitmaker is the next headliner for the upcoming season of Fortnite Festival.
The teaser shared by Fortnite Festival's official X account shows a blue sky background with the words ‘See You Soon!’ written in white and a bright red lipstick mark signing off the message. This teaser points to Sabrina Carpenter as her last album, Short n’ Sweet, featured the same sunny blue background. And if there are still any doubts, her signature bright red lipstick mark seals the deal.
The tweet also confirms that users won't have to wait long for the superstar’s appearance, as she will begin her era on April 8, 2025.
Although the game has not released any official information on what to expect from Sabrina Carpenter's headlining, rumor accounts have stated that users will be getting two new custom skins, two guitars, one keytar and microphones, and two jam tracks.
The leaks suggest that one skin will be part of the Festival Pass, which players can access through their advancement in the game's tiers. The other skin will probably be available in the Item Shop as a stand-alone cosmetic item.
If past headliners were anything to go by, Sabrina's skins would be favorably based on her music and fashion styles. Dataminers found in-game files that show assets resembling Sabrina’s signature silver microphone with a red lipstick glitter stamp and a guitar that also features the lipstick stamp.
Rumors are circulating that Sabrina Carpenter's two jam tracks, Taste and Please Please Please, will be added to the game.
Fortnite Festival has not officially confirmed these leaks. More information will probably be shared once the latest Fortnite update kicks off.
