Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, and A$AP Rocky were recently caught in the middle of an online rumor. The rumor suggested that Jay-Z and Beyonce are filing a lawsuit against Rihanna and A$AP Rocky over labor disputes. The rumor came from Reddit posts and online celebrity gossip pages.

With Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and A$AP Rocky being big Hollywood figures, the rumor didn't take much time to spread quickly. However, it was finally put to an end by Roc Nation's tweet on X on February 24, denying the rumors.

Roc Nation ends the rumor by saying, "Don't be dumb"

The rumor involving Jay-Z, Beyonce, A$AP Rocky, and Rihanna alleged that Jay-Z and Beyonce are filing a lawsuit against A$AP Rocky and Rihanna for the labor disputes. These claims originated from unofficial celebrity pages and social media discussions, including Reddit posts.

The rumor also suggested that Roc Nation, an entertainment company founded by Jay-Z in 2008, would be taking these actors against the two singers. Since A$AP Rocky and Rihanna are both signed with Roc Nation, it sparked the rumors.

The rumors didn't give any factual proof or evidence to back up the statement.

After the rumor got attention, Roc Nation soon uploaded a tweet on X (previously Twitter), clearing the drama.

The tweet by Roc Nation, uploaded on February 24, says,

“Don’t be dumb”

The statement put a full stop to the drama by denying all the false claims and rumors. The tweet also cleared that there was never any lawsuit against A$AP Rocky or Rihanna.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are still a part of Roc Nation. Roc Nation also recently reposted Harper's Bazaar's March cover featuring Rihanna and Rihanna's tweet featuring her new product, Gloss Bomb Shimmer Stix, on X and Instagram, which shows their connection.

Before Roc Nation cleared the doubts, fans were also speculating that Rihanna’s success as the founder of Fenty and Savage X Fenty might have led to business conflicts with Roc Nation. This is not the first time that Jay-Z and Rihanna have been caught in the middle of the rumor.

The two have also been previously rumored to have had an affair, which was later proved to be false by Jonathan Hay. He was hired to promote Rihanna’s debut single, Pon de Replay, in 2005. Hay also admitted that he made it up to get media attention.

A$AP Rocky is also expected to release a new album with the title "Don't be dumb" in 2025, which coincides with the statement given by Roc Nation to deny the rumors. This has left fans wondering if the timing is just a coincidence or a smart way to promote the album while denying the claims.
