Zara Larsson was interviewed at the Billboard Women in Music Awards 2025 by New York journalist, Rania Aniftos, and teen journalist, Jazlyn Guerra a.k.a. Jazzy. Both interviewers were adoring Larsson's "money maker" outfit, which was made with US dollars and a few metal hardware pieces. Larsson called it a "manifesting dress".
Aniftos immediately dived in with the questions, asking Larsson what she was manifesting for 2025. The Bad Boys singer answered,
"A really good year for my music. I'm releasing my single very soon, Pretty Ugly, out for pre-save. I am releasing my album. I am going on tour with Tate, and then I'm going on my own tour. A lot of things are happening and it's been really exciting, and I feel like all the stuff I have done in my life have kind of led me to this year so, hope a lot of fun moments and success" - Larsson said while crossing her fingers.

Jazzy asked Zara Larsson to describe how she is feeling about her tour with Tate McRae. Larsson responded by calling Tate "so sweet." She recalled the first time she met Tate at her album release in a parking lot.
Zara Larsson added,
"I also think it is a perfect match for our... like projects, because she's so fierce and she dances a lot and thats kinda what I wanna bring, bring in my dancers, bring in the energy. It's a little bit of sass. I think, I think it's gonna be yeah, just a perfect mix, so I'm very excited." she says.
Rania Aniftos then asked Larsson what she thinks is the key to a hit song, to which the singer replied,
"Oooh... you just feel it. I don't know and there are so many different genres like different vibes, I guess? I think so many songs are really good songs... a hit for me is like a successful song. But a song can still be really really amazing and good, even though it might not reach like the big, big audience. But I think when you hear a good song, you just... feel it."
"Just do what feels good... It's that easy" - Zara adviced aspiring artists.
