Pixies announced the new phase of their US tour on Instagram on February 25. The American alternative rock band has already released their Australia and Europe tour dates. The new North America tour dates cover 15 cities, including San Diego, Berkeley, and Atlanta.
The band will also be joined by Spoon and Fazerdaze for the North America tour, which will start in August and end in September.
The tickets will be available on presale on Live Nation from February 26. The general public can buy the tickets from February 28. The ticket links are also given on the Pixies' website.

This is followed by their previously announced USA and Canada tour that starts on June 13 and ends on August 1. Kurt Ville, an American singer and songwriter, will also join the band during the tour. The cities covered in the previous leg of the US tour are Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, Montreal, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, Detroit, and Saint Paul.
Tickets are available on the band's website, except for the Vancouver show, which is sold out. Pixies will also perform in Toronto on August 22, with My Chemical Romance as a special guest.
The band's Europe World Tour runs from April 23 to May 24, with 21 shows in total. The Pale White will join them until May 10, after which Big Special will take over as the special guest for the remaining European shows.
After the U.S. tour ends on September 19, the band will take a break before performing three shows in Japan on November 2, 4, and 5. Pixies will also be performing in Australia and New Zealand from November 8 to November 27.
As of now, no new dates have been added to their website after the New Zealand tour ends, bringing the tour to a close, unless more dates are announced. Tickets can be purchased from the band's website.
