Mike Shinoda opens up about losing Chester Bennington

Chester Bennington's sudden death left his fans and teammates in shock. Mike Shinoda, the co-founder of Linkin Park and co-vocalist of the band, appeared on The Howard Stern Show after Bennington's death talking about the late singer's depression. In the interview he said,

"There was an element of Chester that was very fun sometimes when he was that way, and then usually the next day it'd be like so dark. You just like, he is super hungover, he's angry at everybody, yelling at everybody."

Shinoda released an album, Post Traumatic, in 2018 after Chester's death. He also won a Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical for Passenger.
