Wiz Khalifa sells his massive Pennsylvania mansion; here's what we know
More recently, the rapper bid adieu to his Pennsylvania mansion, having sold the five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom property for $945,500. It was originally listed for $1.3 million in November 2024 and spans 4,400 sq ft across a 2.8-acre lot.
Wiz Khalifa purchased the Pittsburgh home back in 2012 as his career was picking up. According to TMZ, the property boasted an office, a guest house, a gym, an upstairs master smoking sitting room and suite, as well as an outdoor patio that overlooked another patio.
As for its interiors, it boasts Brazilian Koa hardwood floors, a high-end kitchen with granite countertops, heated flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a massive marijuana leaf embossed in stone above an outdoor fireplace located in the backyard.
Dustin Hook of RE/MAX was in charge of the listing, TMZ has reported, and according to The Root, he said back when the property first went up for sale:
“This is truly a one-of-a-kind property unique to traditional Pittsburgh real estate and we’re excited to present it to the public for the first time in over 10 years!”
Hook is the same agent who sold the home to Wiz Khalifa back in 2012 as well. As for the "Young, Wild & Free" artist, he currently resides in a $7 million mansion in Los Angeles.
