The Wipe Me Down rapper, Torence Ivy Hatch. Jr, commonly known by his stage name Boosie Badazz, was involved in a severe car crash on April 7, 2025, in Georgia's Atlanta. As per reports, Boosie's publicist stated that the rapper was allegedly not in the driver's seat, implying that he wasn't driving the car, which was a green BMW, and also that the car didn't belong to him.

Boosie Badazz took to his social media platforms to acknowledge the news of the car crash and respond to his fans, confirming that he was okay. The 42-year-old American rapper in the now-deleted post on Facebook wrote:

"IM GOOD. BANGED UP. BUT GOOD. GOD GOT ME."

However, Boosie did not share any other details regarding the accident, but he did make it clear that he is currently recovering. His fans were quick enough to fill the comments section with supportive messages and also wished him a fast recovery.

According to a post shared by Loren Lorosa on X, the famous rapper was sitting in the passenger seat and was busy on his phone when the car crashed. Lorosa also mentioned that Boosie's publicist informed her that the rapper visited the hospital only to check up on the driver, who was also the owner of the car.

A video was shared by @ATLScoop on X that showed the after-effects of the accident. In the video, a green BMW was visible that was heavily damaged, with fluids leaking from the car and airbags deployed.

A bunch of people were also visible in the video lying on the road while the emergency crews acted. Not to mention, even the rapper was visible in some of the footage, walking around with no shirt on and talking with the people who were present at the spot.

Having said that, nothing has been announced regarding what caused the accident. The authorities have not made any comments or released any official statement or information regarding the matter.
