On March 22, 2025, Justin Bieber shared an intimate jam session video on Instagram. It gave his fans a glimpse into the making of his upcoming album, Billboard reports.
However, as one might infer from the Instagram post's caption, it was not just about music. The 31-year-old pop star's post read:
"I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic. Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people."
In the nearly three-minute clip, Justin Bieber is seen wearing a yellow beanie, playing the keyboard. There are other musicians in the studio, and the room is filled with music equipment and a pool table.
The singer has tagged multiple other collaborators in the video including singer-songwriter Jensen McRae, DJ Tay James, and producer Camper, reports suggest.
Fans were quick to weigh in on the comment section of the post, sharing their thoughts over the video and the caption written by Justin Bieber. Below are what some of them had to comment:
"The creativity is inevitable!" declared a fan.
"Thank you for staying true to yourself, for being so honest and vulnerable because we know It’s not always easy to be open. It’s exhausting to be in a world that makes us question if we’re enough, and even more exhausting to fight against that pressure every day. But you’re aware of it, and that awareness is powerful. You’re not just going along with it—you’re pushing back. And that says a lot about the kind of person you are," wrote another.
"You are enough, we love you and we’ll be here no matter what," expressed a fan.
"You are being authentic now Justin Someday you will wake up but you need to leave these people now around you," noted a user.
"STOP ALLOWING OTHERS TO MAKE YOU FEEL INADEQUATE AND DO WHAT YOU DO BEST... 💯 🎤," stated a fan.
Others chimed in:
"When you're creating you're in your element and you're living your absolute truth 🙌🏽 it's magical to witness!" opined an Instagram user.
"Dude you aren't alone most of us feel this way. Just need to ground yourself and go back to the basics. Keep pushing," commented another.
"I love it when you share your thoughts with us. I hope that in this next album, we get to see a Justin we haven’t met yet. You can allow yourself to be vulnerable, you can show all your sides, and we will always be here for you. Never change who you are to please people. We love you for who you are," expressed a fan.
