TWICE is a K-pop girl band under the JYP Entertainment agency. The group consists of nine girls: Sana, Chaeyoung, Nayeon, Tzuyu, Momo, Jihyo, Dahyun, Mina, and Jeongyeon. It is not uncommon to see K-pop fans fangirling over their favorite idols, but some take it a little too far by stalking their idols.

TWICE member, Nayeon, is currently in distress after her long-time stalker reportedly posted on his social media platform that he will be going back to South Korea. Since this is not the first time the stalker has attempted to get close to the girls, JYP Entertainment has issued an official statement on the official website.

JYP Entertainment posted an official statement on the TWICE website. The statement reads,

"a specific individual has been indiscriminately sending letters stating that they are continuously lingering around the workplace and residence of the artist, including inappropriate content and photos derived from delusions targeting a TWICE member"

The statement continues,

"... we have taken measures to enhance security for the artist's safety and are continuously monitoring the situation... sending of letters containing unsettling and unpleasant content against the artist's will, and lingering around the artist's living area is a clear 'stalking act,' and such behavior can be strictly punished under the relevant laws." JYP Entertainment announced.

Loyal TWICE fans are not satisfied with this statement from the JYP Entertainment agency.
