Ahead of his Coachella debut, d4vd was faced with the ultimate fan dilemma — and honestly, same.

In an exclusive interview with Billboard’s Tetris Kelly, the “Here With Me” singer was asked whose set he would see if icons Beyoncé and Taylor Swift were performing at the same time.

“So hard!” d4vd reacted.
“Can you imagine?” Kelly added.

After sharing a few giggles, the “Romantic Homicide” singer finally made his pick:

“Okay, I saw Beyoncé at the Renaissance tour, but I have never seen Taylor. So for the fact that I haven’t seen Taylor yet, I’ll go see Taylor.”

The tough choices didn’t end there. When he was asked to choose between j-hope and aespa, he sided with the BTS rapper. He admitted that it was a difficult question from the Billboard host, but Kelly assured him of the Korean superstar’s “King Performance.”

The singer was also asked to pick between Kendrick Lamar and Tyler, the Creator. Despite being a fan of both, d4vd was quick to choose the “Not Like Us” hitmaker.

As for Bad Bunny vs. Karol G, he chose the “Me Porto Bonito” artist without hesitation.

How d4vd prepares for his Coachella debut: “I got all the adrenaline in my body”

d4vd lit up the Gobi stage at Coachella on Friday with fan favorites like “Take Me to the Sun,” “Backstreet Girl,” “Here With Me,” “Romantic Homicide,” and more. But before stepping into the spotlight, the indie-alternative star gave his fans a sneak peek of his fit for the highly anticipated set.

“I went to the fitting yesterday. I had a little vibe check. Little vibe check. I picked out two, two fire outfits. You know, I’m excited. I’m hyped. I’m thrilled. I got all the adrenaline in my body already preparing me for Friday, but I’m excited.”

With his performances scheduled for April 11 and 18, Kelly inquired if there would be a difference in aesthetics between the two separate dates.

“Yeah, yeah. I got this iconic style that I go for, but there’s always like so much to play around with with this style. I don’t give too much away right now, but it’s just coming, bro,” the singer answered.

When asked about his style inspo, the “My House Is Not a Home” hitmaker revealed:

“You know what? I like to keep it like, when I’m on stage, I have this classic kind of business attire to it, like I wear, like this white shirt with like suede pants and like all types of different stuff that kind of brings more swag to the show, you know.”

d4vd will return to the Coachella stage next weekend, April 18.
