South Korean rapper and singer Son Chae-young, monomously known as Chaeyoung, leaves netizens stunned with her Vogue Korea cover shoot, with fans commenting, "She’s killing it with that style."
Son Chae-young, who is popularly known as Chaeyoung, is a member of the world-renowned all-girl K-pop group TWICE. The singer recently shared the cover images of her March Vogue Korea shoot, and saying that the fans were in awe would be an understatement. According to the translation of the Korean caption, Chaeyoung states,
"I'd like to do more performances, and challenge concepts or genre that I haven't done yet. I wish the members of TWICE would also have time to try what they want to do. After that, if we get together again, there will be a new one."
The shoot, which was a picture of eccentric elegance, was shot by An Sangmi and styled by Oh Soyul. It was a collaboration with the luxury fashion house Saint Laurent and was accurately titled, 'Woman and Work.'
The pictorial was an aesthetic representation of the bold and aesthetic modern woman. It showcased Yves Saint Laurent's latest collection, which is a symphonic balance between contrasting aspects. Bright colors with muted tones, impressionable textures with rich fabrics, muted glam with dramatic hairdos, and simple props with avant-garde sets and backdrops.
