BTS' Jungkook came into the spotlight after he reportedly became the first and only Asian soloist to surpass 200 million plays on 4 different platforms with his debut single, SEVEN. He achieved the latest milestone through the platforms, namely Spotify, YouTube, YouTube Music, and Melon.

Several other fans gave their reactions to BTS' Jungkook’s latest milestone. While some described him as a history maker, others said he is Korea's pride.

BTS' Jungkook’s debut single SEVEN released in July 2023
SEVEN is the first solo track of Jeon Jungkook featuring American rapper Latto, which came out on July 14, 2023, through BIGHIT Music. Andrew Watt and Cirkut produced the song, which they also co-wrote with Jon Bellion, Latto, and Theron Makiel Thomas.
Besides the normal track, two other Clean and Explicit versions of SEVEN were dropped by the singer, which were included in the debut independent record of BTS' Jungkook, titled GOLDEN.
Recently, on February 26, 2025, the single SEVEN became the first and only song by an Asian performer to reach number one on Billboard's Top TV Songs chart. The song topped the roster in January 2025, soon after appearing in season 2 of XO, Kitty on Netflix. Luminate reported 12.5 million verified on-demand US streams for the month.
