BLACKPINK's Jennie is making strides in her career this year.

The songstress recently became the first K-pop act to star on the cover of Harper's Bazaar Germany, and fans are thrilled for her. She also debuted her solo album, Ruby, in addition to kicking off her first solo tour, The Ruby Experience.

Furthermore, she delivered an eclectic performance at Coachella this month and was also named the recipient of the Global Force Award at this year's Billboard Women in Music event.

Fans have since begun reacting to the cover with love and appreciation, such as one user who penned:

"Yess queen creat history everyday"

The comments didn't end there:

"I hope people appreciate her hard work. She really deserves the blessings she's receiving girly has been working hard since young plus the mudslinging and black propaganda against her since pre debut. Congratulations!" one fan exclaimed.
"Goddess visual," someone else chimed in.
"SHE LOOKS SO GOOD" another fan penned, ecstatically.
"SHE’S SO PRETTY OMG???" yet another fan echoed.

Scores online were visibly excited to see the pop star grace the cover, seeing as how droves flocked to X to express the same:

"JENNIE REPRESENTING MY COUNTRY OH MY GOD," someone chimed in, excitedly.
"An absolute vision. Jennie for Harper’s Bazaar Germany is pure elegance, power, and grace. She doesn’t just wear fashion — she owns it," another added.
"Jennie stuns with timeless grace," one more penned on X.
"Global It Girl for a reason," yet another user asserted.

A number of users were ostensibly proud of the songstress, with many affectionately referring to her as the "it girl."

Jennie makes headlines back to back this year: Here's why

The songstress is also proving herself in the music industry, seeing as how she has re-entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart following her smash hit performance at Coachella just this month.

As of the latest update, Billboard's weekly top 100 places the singer's Like Jennie in the 96th spot. Just this March, it debuted in the 83rd position, though on the Global Excl. U.S. chart, it scaled up to the 4th position. In its sixth week, it peaked at No. 6 on the Global 200, making it one of the most viral songs in the world, currently.

As for the BLACKPINK member's performance, she took to the stage at the iconic music festival during its second week at the Outdoor Stage in Indio, California, where she left fans grooving and singing along to her tunes.

The 29-year-old returned to the festival for the second time, and this time around, she performed tracks from her debut album, Ruby, including Zen, Handlebars, and Mantra.

At one point during her performance, she left fans concerned when she became visibly emotional while singing the line, “I just wanna make my mama prouder" from her song Starlight. She then turned to the chunk of the crowd where her mother was seated and said, “Eomma Saranghae," which means “Mom, I love you" in Korean.
