The Oasis reunion is officially on, and the Gallagher brothers are already making noise — well, quite literally.
After 16 years, Liam and Noel were spotted together in London on Thursday for a high-profile promo for Adidas. However, true to form, the filming supposedly didn’t go as planned as locals weren’t thrilled by the ruckus.
Liam and Noel arrived at a working men’s club in Newington Green to film for an Adidas campaign. However, things quickly took a turn when a noise complaint was reportedly filed.
According to The Sun, a resident next door wasn’t having it and later on asked the band to turn down the bass. An insider revealed to the publication:
“Noel and Liam are still Shakermakers and they drove one of the neighbors mad with the noise. Before they even arrived, a resident came out and said they needed to turn the bass down. But it’s Oasis—they only turned it up when they started.”
Despite the disruption, Liam and Noel appeared in great spirits. Liam, 52, was beaming in his signature khaki trench coat, while Noel, 57, turned heads in a bright blue Adidas jacket and stylish shades.
The big tour ahead: Oasis Live 2025 set to kick off in July
The Oasis Live 2025 tour will commence on July 4 at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, with sold-out shows at Heaton Park in Manchester, Wembley Stadium in London, and Murrayfield in Edinburgh.
The band will then take their show on the road in the United States, South America, and Asia in 2025.
Noel has already begun rehearsing, but Liam is taking a more laid-back approach, according to a source.
“Noel is often in the studio, but Liam needs rest for his voice ahead of the tour. After a busy solo tour last year, he won’t overdo rehearsals."
Liam and Noel Gallagher reunite on Easter
The “noise complaint" news came just a week after the Gallagher brothers had a peaceful reunion: tea time on Easter Sunday. Liam shared the heartwarming moment on X (formerly Twitter) through his trademark cheeky style.
“So we had a BIBLICAL Easter Sunday. Noel, Donovan, and Sonny popped over to ours for a cup of tea. It was absolutely incredible to meet the young guvs. I obviously blew their minds coz I’m cool as f*** you heard it here 1st LG x”
As expected, fans were in a frenzy over the unexpected catch-up. They excitedly flocked to social media and chimed in with their reactions to Liam’s replies.
“awwwww no, whatever u think of oasis or the gallaghers, this is genuinely so lovely, family back together,” @shandanun wrote.
“Dude I’m so glad I didn’t die 2 years ago I’d be so sad not to see this tweet,” @ryanasterisks jested.
“NOEL LIAM LINK UP ON A RELIGIOUS HOLIDAY I LITERALLY NEVER LOOOOOOOSE BIBLICAL GALLAGHER BROTHERS WE LOVE YOUUUU,” @bartsytrutter gushed.
