"Less crazy than Earth 2025!": Fans react as Thom Yorke and Mark Pritchard drop new song 'Gangsters'

Radiohead frontman, Thom Yorke, and British electronic artist, Mark Pritchard, have teamed up to release their new single, Gangsters. This is the third track officially unveiled from their upcoming collaborative album, Tall Tales.

The album is set to arrive on May 9, 2025, via Warp Records and will be accompanied by a feature-length film directed by Australian visual artist, Jonathan Zawada, NME reports.

Ahead of the album's release, fans will have the opportunity to attend special global screenings of the Tall Tales film on May 8, 2025, where the album and film will be showcased together in select cinemas.

Mark Pritchard took to his official Instagram page to share:

"A glimpse of a world that looks less crazy than Earth 2025!", declared a fan.

"Honestly, despite this sounding like a mixture of some great reward and speak and spell by depeche mode, it is still pretty good after a few listens. Maybe because Depeche Mode is awesome and Tom Yorkie is also.. but I really like moments like 2:32 where they mix everything sort of. I think this is overall a good song, a good dance track yeah. I would blast this in my room," penned another.

"So much to take in. The futility of all these struggles is like many of my dreams," expressed a third.

Thom Yorke and Mark Pritchard have previously collaborated on the 2016 track, Beautiful People. Tall Tales is their first full-length joint project, and according to the artists, it has been years in the making.
