BTS' Taehyung once again made headlines after his track Winter Ahead emerged as the first song by Korean soloist to reach #1 on Russian Apple Music Top 100 Daily Songs Chart. The song originally released in November 2024, recorded several accomplishments to its name.
Fans of BTS' Taehyung were equally delighted with his new achievement. Consequently, his admirers filled the internet with their praises for the Slow Dancing singer. One user on X stated:

Many other reactions for BTS' Taehyung’s latest milestone were seen online. While many congratulated the singer, others said they were proud of V.

BTS' Taehyung collaborated with Park Hyo-shin for his track Winter Ahead
Kim Taehyung released his single, Winter Ahead, on November 29 at 2 p.m. KST, which was made together with another Korean artist, Park Hyo-shin. The composition came out across multiple music streaming services, along with a music video. The official music video for Winter Ahead was released on HYBE Labels' YouTube page.
On December 4, 2024, it was reported that BTS' Taehyung and Park Hyo-shin's Winter Ahead formally joined the Japanese Billboard list. Despite only 2.5 days of recording, the song landed at #4 on the Billboard Japan Top Download Songs chart, becoming a best-selling track. It also ranked #10 on the Billboard Japan Hot Shot Songs Chart, indicating a significant increase in track sales.
Following its release, BTS' Taehyung's hit Winter Ahead reached a big milestone as it surpassed 100 million Spotify streams in just 29 days of its premiere. It turned out to be V's fastest single to reach this mark.
Furthermore, V’s Winter Ahead recently reached 200 million Spotify streams in February 2025. It became the fastest jazz song to reach this milestone. Additionally, it was Taehyung's eighth song to do so. Winter Ahead has also lasted three consecutive months at number one on the Melon Monthly Jazz Chart.
