Rapper Don Toliver released the latest song, LV Bag, in collaboration with J-Hope and Pharrell Williams, on February 21, 2025. According to Hit Channel, while LV Bag references luxury fashion, the song goes beyond that, celebrating success, lifestyle, and the hustle behind it.
The music has smooth bass, subtle synths, and a hypnotic rhythm. It was first introduced at Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Fall/Winter 2025 show in Paris, curated by Pharrell and Nigo.
However, J-Hope seems to have done more than his required part in the song. In a viral X video posted by “Carolyne,” Hope was seen dancing to the song, driving fans into a frenzy. One X user commented:
“He knows he ate, oh Jhope your mind...”
Social media users sang in praise of Hope’s looks in the TikTok video.
“My guy is so cool,” a netizen commented.
“The s*xy man alive,” a social media user reacted.
Netizens appeared fixated on the video as others thought he was “cool.”
“SO COOL OF HIM,” another X user mentioned.
“He is insane,” an online user commented.
“He’s driving me crazy i swear,” a person wrote.
According to Billboard, J-Hope mentioned releasing new music this year in his Beginning of a New Dream YouTube video. The caption "2025.03." suggested a possible release in March.
It would be his first track since completing his military service in October 2024 and his first new project since the EP Hope On the Street Vol. 1 in March 2024.
Here are some reactions to J-Hope’s LV Bag

Shaun Tayaba liked the use of a high voice in LV Bag. His overall impression was good, and he looked forward to listening to it on Spotify. Similar to him, YouTuber DELI shared his impressions about the song, appreciating how the US artists went outside the box to work on songs with K-Pop artists. Expressing his excitement about the idea, he said:
“It’s a lot of cross genre sh*t going on within the industry right now but I am not gonna lie. I am f*cking with its smooth verse from J-Hope. We might have to do a first listen.”
However, he found LV bag to be a smooth song and would listen again. YouTuber Daytwan Coates-Hall also shared his reaction to LV Bag on February 21, 2025. His impression of the music was good, and he found J-Hope tailoring to Don Toliver’s side.
