BTS' Jungkook’s once again made waves with his popular solo track SEVEN. The BTS maknae’s single officially marked 90 weeks on the Billboard Global Excl. US chart. SEVEN turned out to be the first song by an Asian solo artist to reach this milestone in history.

Fans of BTS' Jungkook were ecstatic about his latest milestone. Therefore, they swamped social media with their praises for the singer and his track. One fan on X wrote:

“HELL YES! THIS FREAKIN' MASTERPIECE & OUR KING JUNGKOOK! CONGRATULATIONS JUNGKOOK. SEVEN BB GLOBAL CHARTS DOMINATION. SEVEN GLOBAL SMASH HIT,” a fan stated.

While some called Jungkook’s achievement as cool, others referred to him as the king of K-pop. Another fan claimed that Jk’s success was completely organic.

“That is so cool. CONGRATULATIONS JUNGKOOK. SEVEN BB GLOBAL CHARTS DOMINATION. SEVEN GLOBAL SMASH HIT,” a fan wrote.
“The king of kpop,” another fan stated.
“See what happens when you don have not streams and everything is organic,” commented an admirer.
“Congratulations Jungkook I love #JungKook_Seven so much! Still thrilling when the first notes start...,” stated an admirer.

Some called Jk ‘history maker,’ while others described SEVEN as a timeless hit. Several fans were proud of Golden maknae’s success.

SEVEN was the pre-album release for BTS' Jungkook’s GOLDEN

Jeon Jungkook released his debut solo record, GOLDEN, on November 3, 2023. Before the launch of his album, the K-pop idol dropped his pre-release singles SEVEN and 3D. While the former was made with American rapper Latto, the latter featured Jack Harlow. SEVEN was released on July 14, 2023.

BTS' Jungkook’s SEVEN also continued to be the highest Charting BTS member song on MelOn Weekly Chart recently at #69 place for 90 weeks. The song also became the first ever debut songs by a male act in history and the only song by a BTS member to reach this mark.

Jungkook is serving out his military obligation since December 2023. His active duty discharge is in June 2025. When him, Jimin, Taehyung, Namjoon, and SUGA get discharged from military in June, BTS will reunite.
