According to NME, the album can be watched/listened to only as a short film. There are 3 versions fans can access to check out his latest music: Latest, Post Hype, and Post Post Hype. There has been no confirmation on whether the album will drop on Apple Music or Spotify.

With a track playing in the background, visuals show Saint West, Kanye West's young son, getting into matches with professional wrestlers. With a soft stuffed hammer toy in hand, Saint excels in the ring but adds a playful and meaningful touch to the project.
BULLY marks Ye’s first solo full-length release in over three years, following the collaborative Vultures 1 and Vultures 2 albums with Ty Dolla $ign. The album was originally anticipated to drop on June 15.
In a previous interview with Justin LaBoy, Kanye spoke about this new album and said part of the inspiration came from Saint West’s behavior. Saint's behavior is known for being tough and mischievous. He is a regular part of Kanye's life and public discussion.
Kanye West said,
“My son was playing with some kid and then he kicked him. And I asked my son, I said, ‘Why did you do that?’ He said, ‘cuz he weak,’ and I was like, ‘this man is really a bully.’”
“I wonder where he got that from… Definitely a young Ye." LaBoy replied.
With BULLY, Kanye West keeps smashing boundaries musically. As fans study the project, its release format and thematic content further cement Ye’s unpredictable and evolving artistry.
