Lalisa Manobal, aka Lisa, dropped her latest independent album, Alter Ego, on February 28. Her record comprises five tracks:

- New Woman
- Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)

The Rockstar is the leading single of Alter Ego, which came out on June 27. Following this, Lisa dropped her collaborative track New Woman on August 15, made with Spanish musician Rosalia. Moonlit Floor was the third single of Alter Ego, which was released on October 3.
