In a span of just a few hours, PartyNextDoor (PND) went from dissing Tory Lanez to apologizing on his Instagram story. During an Instagram live, in a heated moment, PartyNextDoor played an unreleased snippet of a song where he sings with the lyrics,

"F*ck what Tory Lanez say… I'm running that... I did everything he did he's just a running man… drama man… I'm the daddy let me slap you okay."

Before playing the snippet, PND also said a few things directed at Tory Lanez. In his words,

"I'm not y'all n**gas friends... Stop saying my name." PND stated.

PND reacted this way because Tory Lanez recently announced that he would release an album from prison soon. During his statement, Lanez named Drake, PND, and The Weeknd for releasing some great albums. Now, PND posted an apology to Tory Lanez on his Instagram story, clarifying the miscommunication.

PartyNextDoor apologizes to Tory Lanez for dissing him on his Instagram Live

An hour ago, PartyNextDoor posted an Instagram story tagging Tory Lanez for dragging him during his previous Instagram livestream. This is what PND had to say:

"@torylanez I was told about what you said without hearing your video for myself. You didn't say anything that I wouldn't say for myself, now that I seen it I was wrong. City is stronger together". PND posted

The "City is stronger together" line is a reference to their home country, Canada, since both rappers are from different parts of the country.

PartyNextDoor and Tory Lanez History

PND and Lanez fans were confused when PND started beefing with Tory Lanez on his Instagram feed since the two rappers have had a history of working together.

In 2018, Tory Lanez released his second studio album, Memories Don't Die. The album had 18 tracks, of which three were removed on February 9, 2018. The songs included More Than Friends, Leaning, and March 2nd. Tory Lanez and PND worked on two songs: More Than Friends and Leaning. The songs were, however, released later on for the fans by Lanez.

What did fans think of PartyNextDoor taking his words back after dissing Tory Lanez?

Akademiks TV (@AkademiksTV) posted PND's clarification regarding his recent diss towards Lanez.

This is what the fans had to say:

"Bro folded before Tory even heard the track lol 😂 he knew Tory was gon smoke him to hard lyrically just like Chris brown did with Qavo . However good for him, PEACE is better than WAR." - @destroysimpingX noted.
"I'm glad he came back to his senses. Ni**as from Canada as supposed to be friendly." - @Malusitheegoat added.
"Brothers going work it out. I like that ✊🏾" - @iochildsuppot stated.

With many rappers hopping on the diss trend, PartyNextDoor realized his mistake when he called out Tory Lanez. He immediately expressed his regret for not listening to the whole story and reacting without hearing what Lanez said. Tory Lanez is yet to respond to PND's diss and apology.
